Above Ground Storage Tank Floors and Piping within Petrochemical Facilities are inspected for system integrity. Tank floor bottoms are inspected for through hole and weld leakage to ensure repairs can be made to the defective area stopping the product from escaping. Pipe line welds, flanges, drain/vents and valves are pressurized with helium and then inspected. American Efficiency Services technique and experience can identify most failures within one—two operating shift depending on the size of the system to be inspected. This includes the identification, tagging and retesting reporting.
