Ethanol Producing

Evaporator and Distillation system within Ethanol Producing systems are inspected for Heat Exchanger, Valve, Flange, Manway and welds that can potentially allow air into the system. These inspections are conducted with the unit on-line.

American Efficiency Services technique and experience can identify most failures within one operating shift depending on the size of the system to be inspected. This includes the identification, tagging and retesting reporting.

The sample is taken from a point on the discharge of the vacuum system. Any amount of helium allowed to enter the system though a leak will be detected.
