OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

AES's service guarantee is that we will find air and/or tube leaks for repair that should lower the levels of condenser off-gas and/or condensate contamination of the unit. However, if we do not find any leaks during the inspection and the cause of the unit’s problem is then identified as an air leak, then we will reimburse paid monies or not invoice for the job. Our guarantee is part of our commitment to put our best into every inspection. This guarantee is subject to two conditions: 1) the unit is showing a high condenser off-gas and/or condensate contamination levels at the time of the inspection, and 2) any other contributing factors have been discussed and/or eliminated by the plant.

AES does not recommend reducing our crew to one man. This will reduce the efficiency of the crew thus increasing the inspection time. Guarantee is void by a plant requested reduction of crew.

AES recommends a complete inspection for each unit. This insures all leaks are identified and can be repaired at the appropriate time. If a partial inspection on a unit is conducted at the request of the plant, AES’s Guarantee is void.
